Innoval 2004

Innoval is the Innovation Sector of Alimentaria, started in 1988. It is an exhibition of new food products. We photographed the yolk of an egg as a symbol of the nucleus or "hot spot" of the fair. As the image of Alimentaria was created with a black background, for Innoval we used white which also became the egg-white.
